Incursion crafting

That's the item. If I need a higher base, I can get one. I have 500 alts. I have 15exalts otherwise so I can spend some money on that craft. I just do not understand much about the best way to go at crafting this (fractured??) |

Also if you hit a not bad perfix other than you want, you can still craft that item with "add prefix remove suffix" beastcrafting but beware the ilvl of beast and mod group
