it's not powerful though. seen 3 harvest so far might not be much but all of them were crap. just saying.

Played all day yesterday, saw 1 harvest.
Played all day today, saw 0 harvest.

I had one on my 2nd or 3rd map, just trying to complete all white tier maps starting from Tier 1. You cant run all regions and expect Harvest to pop up. It don't work that way anymore across all regions. Just gotta get a bunch of maps for that region and run em and later eventually adding ascendency points to that region so it shows up more often. That's the word on the street anyhow.
