Yes they made them so good that they have to be rare imo. Feels like a good balance rather than a bunch of mediocre events there are a few nice ones. And I recommend keeping a portion of your stash set aside for harvest crafting projects so that you don't waste them. Have some gear ready to work on ahead of time

53 maps complete, not a single harvest. I'm playing on standard, are those who got harvest playing on standard or league?

EDIT: used atlas passives to raise harvest chances in one region, hope this helps

Maybe that is the issue, I'm first focusing on white map bonus completion before I place any watchstones
