What builds will be going strong?

Same as 3.12 just less so. Some unfettered. For example.

I can't believe blade fall blade blast wasnt touched by this patch..still doing solid 40 million AOEs and as a tank chieftain or assassins... The CoC Ice nova builds shotgunning 30m DPS, etc. When you hear whinning it's people that don't understand their own builds. Nothing got the hammer.
