The summoner builds are known forever as 10 chaos build= 10 mln dps...

I'm curious to see if the new bases will dramatically change things. One of the few spoiled bases thus far, the stormrider boots base (flat lightning per 200 accuracy, 25% less accuracy) seems interesting.

Getting leech nowadays isnt problem at all. You have leech from life node near Shadow that you will pick anyway (at least you should), you have leech from blood rage and if thats not enough (its more than enough) you can always annoint other big leech node from the tree or go to duelist part of the tree and pick another leech node.

Don't forget the new Raider. It's a real "sleeper" ascendancy regarding Cyclone.

I've made a Hollow Palm Cyclone Raider (with Replica Perfect Form) in Heist, had around 5.3k life with 1.3k leech, 95% evade and 50% dodge with ~+80% movement speed while channeling Cyclone with around 5M Sirus DPS at around a 10ex budget if I remember correctly. It definitely works, it was a blast for the Heist door clusterfuck with all that evasion and speed.
