Very happy to see the aura nerf, pure ridiculousness last league. Also thank you for tossing a bone to frost bomb, which felt very insignificant up to now. Hopefully the stat boost will make that skill more viable in 3.13.

Problem I see with the impaler change is that, yeah it was OP on bosses, but concerned it might make it useless against normal mobs, as waiting 4 seconds can really make things like delve kinda hard where 4 seconds can mean your stuck too long.
