$1,000 Package

Ya i did prepay for the hellgate london collector's edition if any one remembers that game:( I'm happy I did get the lifetime deal. After that I don't gamble on games anymore. Plus Hellegate was made by the ppl who did D2

How do you find out how many people have bought this?

Someone in the game told me 250 have.

Why would anyone spend $1,000 on a game, that's just stupid. :D

I would do it in a heartbeat if I had that kind of cash.

I believe there were around 250 people who bought Diamond supporter packages, I'm not sure if that number includes those that bought multiple diamond supporter packages though as I know of a few supporters that bought multiple diamond packages.

That´s almost 1 year now. MIGHT well be numbers have SLIGHTLY changed since then :)

Further, I don't think GGG has mentioned how many of the $1,000 design a uniques have been bought since the game went open beta. So there may be more now. Although I suspect the rate of purchase would have greatly slowed down.

Actually, I believe that Chris mentioned in his recent MMORPG interview what the backlog of user created uniques was. If you combine that with how many we know are currently in game you could probably get a very close count to how many have been purchased.

Too lazy/dont care enough to check that out myself... but the data is out there.
