Banning without reason or explanation - new game trend?

I think it's good for two reasons: (1) we know that GGG takes cheating seriously and show everyone else they act fiercely on those who do cheat and (2) they also protect those others who don't cheat. Obviously, I trust GGG would not ban innocent players. Otherwise, they would simply lose profit. In the end, this is a somewhat business process :p.

From another standpoint, this game is quite hard to accomplish things in the end game and if I see someone has cheated, I feel strongly (s)he deserves to pay the ultimate price!
