" iir/iiq doesnt affect chests.. the OP mentioned this... dont know if i'd do it on hardcore though, unless you were much higher level than the mobs, and then the loot penalty would kick in.. Things with "increased" and "decreased" in the tooltip are additive ... where as "More" or "Less" are multiplicative ...
