[3.14] CoC Ice Nova Build | Assassin | Ultimatum | Path of Exile 3.14

Hey guys, here is my low life coc ice nova assassin build. This build is always fun to play. I tried to make this budget. Most expensive item is 6l Shavronne.
Circle of Fear is definetly a good option for this build. If you can afford and cap your resist use 2 of them. Accuracy is kinda problem and you will need %100 for cyclone. Try to get accuracy from gloves, helmet and one ring. Getting %100 Critical Strike Chance is also important. We are assassin and using 7 power charges so not a big deal. APS is for cyclone 7,01. Can go up to 7,57 with %14 cdr. I got cooldown reduction from belt but you can just use awakened cast on critical gem it gives 20 percent but it's expensive. Now has a Cast Time of 0.7 seconds (previously 0.8). Now has added damage effectiveness of 120% (previously 70%). Now stores up to 2 uses (previously 1). Now has a Soul Gain Prevention duration of 2 seconds (previously 4). - Vaal Righteous Fire Now deals 80-99% of Sacrificed Energy Shield and Life as Fire Damage per second (previously 161-180%). Now Sacrifices 60% of your total Energy Shield and Life (previously 30%). Now grants 10-19% more Spell Damage (previously 15-28%). Now has a Soul Gain Prevention duration of 6 seconds (previously 12). What version is cheaper to get started with? CI or LL (I'm thinking of rerolling my COC discharge build)? And also which build has higher damage potential? And how much currency do you think I need to reroll my build to a coc ice nova. Thanks in advance!

" LL version deals more damage. Shavronne is kinda expensive right not but other than I don't really expensive items. You will need 10-15 exalt to make something like that. |

where do you get frenzy charges from? (they were ticked for me) also you are running a diamond flask with 100% crit chance (different flask base would be better, you do not benefit from it.)

" I don't use frenzy charges and not ticked for me it's probably bugged or something. Yeah you are right about diamond flask if enemy is on full or low life. Still useful for bosses. |

I am a bit unsure about the coc breakpoints here, it seems that with 19% cdr from our belt we should have 7.93 aps while you have 7.01 would it be better to roll a higher attack speed cospri? With 14% attack speed on cospri we'd sit at ~7.37 aps
