Heist Escaping - Constant Death

And on top of all of the above, imagine getting ready to deal with such a group... then the screen freezes and pixelates (latency spike). It (unfreezes/catches up to what was happening) some seconds later... to results you can guess. This problem is not specific to heists, and I'm not entirely certain what's causing it.

How? You'd still lose the Contract/Blueprint.

Also, you'd lose whatever Markers you invested in running them, so running headlong to your death is far from beneficial here. You need Markers in order to run Heists so if you blow them all on suicide runs for loot, you screw yourself in the long term due to no longer having the means of running Heists. You're encouraged to complete the objective.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

So you are just asking for the items? You can have it right now, just do not trigger the lockdown. It is your decision of keeping the items or risking them. And I do not think you run out of markers when used up in heist (like sulphite in delve was not a problem). Revealing wings in grand heists are much more expensive.
doing heist before reaching the prologue is totally dildos: easy to die, the fact that you can't do contracts you pick up because you need to level up your homies first, the infinite bodies on the ground making everything freeze... yet, you can get some easy 6l stuff just for the divines without effort. getting your hands on grand heist rewards are a different thing tho.

I agree. Oneshots while escaping totaly upset. Its just imposible, infinite mobs and classic one fps every new league disgusting. 82lvl char dies in 71lvl contract. How the uck ggg testing league?
Like every league since the beginning, mob damage is overtune AF !!

Needs nerfs big time and not only in heists cause being one shotted by T1 map mobs with 3.5k HP is a No No !!

PoE is a game, not a job... and sgould be fun.
Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.

Totally agree. GGG, please fix this soon. You can't jack up the difficulty of the game due to the 1% player out there who's been playing this for a decade complaining everything is too easy. For the rest of us, this game is a bit torture right now.
Nerfs nerfs nerfs... thats the patch notes of each patch of GGG.
Still dying from nowhere in heists losing everything when my char is capable of doing a T16 with few issues. Cant even do a normal lvl78 contract without dying out of nothing. Not even trying lvl80+ and probably will give up heist league. It was a excellent, fun and challenging idea with future... but not like this.

When you have something on your bags worthy and u see all dropping for no reason simply because GGG thinks difficulty is the word of the game... is demotivating continue playing and continue wasting my time.

Getting damage from everywhere with million mobs all around you, from the front, back and every side. So many that u cannot even see the mechanics that u will give u damage and will kill you, its impossible.
Meanwhile u have a million closed doors with NPC doing some f*** theater for two hours before opening the door or traps. Just close your eyes and pray... nothing more u can do.

Love this game GGG... but make the game fun to play... not impossible to do!




Having problems with this as well. 4.3k hp, 75 ele res, -10%chaos, immortal call active w/ 1 to 2 endurance charges, and every life leech node avaiable.
Still getting one-shot through doors even with the more staggered attacks (lvl72+ contracts).
I think some players are overreacting. I play as SSF char with average 5L gear and heists are not that big problem at level around 75lev average. I died during acts leveling in few heists trying to escape and thats all.
I think phasing , fast movements and good defense layers for moments before openings during return are all you need at my heists levels. And my dmg is rly low with trash wand. I cant imagine how miners or high dps build can have problem with holding mobs till rogue open escape path blocks. I can understand squishy builds with need for contact fight but distance dmg builds? Maybe in juicy red maps heist levels but in levels like players reported in this topic?
