It certainly has to change before it can be added to core and it will come back; the only question is how do they change it. Legacy is the only league that holds the honor of not being added to the game in some form or fashion, which is funny since it held the single easiest way to integrate future leagues into the game.

But No, i don't mean to buy good stuff, i mean to play the game and craft rare gear by yourself (The reason i played SSF the last two leagues). That's the fun part for me, like the gambling for a 6L. I also do like good gear, to be able to do every content in the game, but Harvest is simply like cheating. How can you even be happy about crafting such gear, its just deterministic picking prefixes and suffix onto an item. |

I absolutely support this cause. Yes, compared to past seasons it's overpowered, but it caters to the 99% of players who dont get to spend mirrors on items.
Im guessing about 1% of players make it into spending mirrors on items in a season? From someone who isnt in that tier of player, and for a season that only lasts 3 months, it was very fun being able to look up the possible mods of an item and say "this is the item I want" and then spend a few days making it exactly for my build. In other seasons it would be weeks of playing the market to get into mirrors (if you know what you're doing) just to be able to buy that one item. With harvest I was able to make some really great rares for my characters that I'd otherwise have zero chance of obtaining in past and future seasons. It was very nice seeing this part of the game opened up to the more casual players who enjoy playing the game more than playing the market. Please consider bringing back harvest into the core game. It was a fantastic idea that just makes the game more fun for the majority of players in my opinion. |

No, i'd prefer they stop adding MORE crafting bollocks.
Also IF it was added it would be in a severely nerfed state, then all you'll do is whine about that. Even then you are ignoring past examples, statements and common sense. League have allowed them to experiment Standard is the measure of what you should expect not a temp league. Harvest wont be back, but the concepts involved are going to make it into the game. They've already worked on the "Tags" system to make it happen.
My hope is that they find something they're happy with and quit dicking with it. That's not going to happen either. |
