Crafting will be miserable again - Return Harvest
Pretty terrible arguments, and I would go as far as to say that the game is likely in a healthier state without players who constantly beg for easy access to the endgame.

" I'd love to believe all this, but it took me a month to flesh out my character's items. Granted I only started in Delirium, so I didn't know all the tricks to "crafting". I was still getting shit on in the end game, because "omg hard game one shot". Even then, I was able to get some good items, but it took a while to get them. This is my newish player experience, whereas you and other old players were going to know how to abuse the system. |

" Sure, if the system allowed a newcomer to get good items that means it's something wrong, you have to suffer for few years first like all the others that came before you. Actually you'll suffer a bit less, there's so many tools for the game now it almost plays itself as is. And if the system allowed a newcomer to shit all over the game, that wouldn't mean something is wrong, it would mean Chris could freely let a team of monkeys with typewriters take over the development because they wouldn't do a much worse job and are considerably cheaper. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

I should suffer for years in order to play a game? No thanks smile.

" According to GGG and a group of elitists? Yes. Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.

" Says the guy buying boss kills... Classic. -- Making rares actually worth picking up / being able to craft items that are actually usable, is far from "begging for easy access to end-game". |

" For me this is not about having easier access to endgame, is to have a fun and interesting crafting system, with a personal progress component. Something that you can direct or have a measure of control, and get better at it as you put more time and resources into it. For me it would be super fun to look at something like these boots ![]() and think, hum not half bad, maybe I can work on this and after a while make it into something I can use or sell. What we have at the moment is purely luck based. Harvest was too powerful, but it was a good step into a direction that added a very enjoyable dimension to the game for a lot of people.
