My new league, machanic ideas etc.

1. League of Attribute Conversion
Item properties
1) 30% of Strength Converted to Fire Damage
2) gain 3% of dexterity as movement speed
3) 50% of intelligence converted to dexterity
4) Regenerates 1% health per 30 strength

2. Alternative delve league
U tuch the stone when whole map becomes filled up with portals
U kill monsters and every kill makes other monsters stronger, portals spawn
them more friquent and ur light radius comming lower and lower until u have
95% of darkness.
After this stage u should go find all of this portals and destroy them to
get
vision back. When u destroy portals there is chance to spawn portal to boss
locantion.
Players can make lower their light radius to get to portal destruction
faster.
Or they can go megalightradius for super waves of non-boss monsters

3. Viable PvP(NPC fights)
Find them in maps, creaty ur own squad of NPC's gear them when throw them
into
fight vs other player's squads of NPC.
Different classes of NPC
Different setups for example full phys squad, elemental squad, empyrian
squad
U can create passive squad whitch gives benefits while mapping, or active
whitch fights in NPC vs NPC battles
Ways to do
1)collectible card game, cards drop from bosses, gear may drop from rogue
exiles
2)Autochess like game
4. Weapon swap interactions

5. Players creating their own maps(incursion remaster)

that's not a league idea lmao not even close. could be a part of a league idea but not the whole thing.

These sounds like possible Diablo 3 leagues, where additional content and mechanics are very lacking.

I don't think you understood what a "league" is in PoE. This could be a weird race event at best...
