Really Sick of Sirius Teleporting and oneshotting you from somewhere off screen.

Also spawning the circle of clones on top of all kinds of stuff you can't stand in.

Really?!
And when he appears in the circle he instagibs you half the time. No time to move or anything.
Then walk back in only to get instagibbed from offscreen.

Devs are sick motherfuckers. You know they enjoy watching this shit.

I give up. Lost half my portals to getting shot from offscreen or just trying to walk into the arena. Not even killing him half the time now.

Once you learn the mechanics its an very simple fight. It is unforgiving for new players, but its a good challenge to overcome.

Stay close to him at all times. If you can't see him or he has split into clones, just run in circles (or dodge the attack if you know the timing).

If you repeatedly die to Sirus again and again, take some time to figure out what you are doing wrong. You can record the right and rewatch to see what you can do better next time, or just watch one of the many Sirus guides out there.

Its why no one gives a fuck about armor or evasion. The only thing that matters is having a hp pool large enough to survive when GGG decides to not follow their own internal game logic and shit on your day.

Face tank the things that the devs clearly designed for you to dodge or FUCK YOU eat 10% exp penalties because reasons.

As for off screens.

Off screen attacks are, to be blunt, one of the core reasons why poe's game-play is so weak.

Its why melee can never really hold a candle to ranged.
Its why the only impactful monster design are ON-DEATH effects

This is a bizarre comment. Just because evasion isn't important in this fight doesn't mean that evasion is useless. Not every armor / defense type or layer is going to excel in every fight.

If you aren't confident in dodging Sirus attacks, then you can easily go for a max block or use other defensive tools which will let you eat a few attacks. If an end game boss doesn't one hit a paper build, then that boss is not a threat to anyone, because you are just going to pop an instant flask and heal up anyway. If Sirus one hits you, then so will a shaper slam, the purple ball and the yellow balls will probably mean death too.

If you are letting sirus move off screen then you have made a mistake. And even if he does go off screen, all you need to do is keep moving around in a circle. If you are paying attention, you will know exactly where he is, because he always teleports in the direction he is facing.

And for your own reference, melee builds > ranged builds for the Sirus fight.
