I find it surprising that skill effects are winning. There are some cool ones (like the sawblade effects) but I often find them to build-specific to be worth it. I wanna see some wand skins!

dash needs more love!
flame dash has so many awesome effects! flicker (tho technically u cant see shit with this skill) can benefit with a "sound mtx" different "blinking" sounds. can also apply to stuff like mirror arrow or dash [Removed by Support]

Imo, skill effects or weapons are too narrow, it gotta be something general that any character can use, like character effect or portal.
