Unnatural instinct next to exposure tolerance only gives 15% red reflected ele dmg

I have 7 of these implicits (6 on medium clusters and 1 on unnatural instinct), and another 30% from unnatural instinct, giving me 100% reduced reflected elemental damage.

Ran an ele reflect chimera map (reflected ele dmg not increased by sextants) and killed myself on my own spark. Tried offscreening mobs to ensure no debuffs like unnerve on me and used a warding flask to remove ele weakness on hit from gloves but nothing work.

Tried to do atziri in alva temple and same thing - killed myself instantly. I suspect that the implicit is not working properly. Should be easily reproducible on any ele reflect map.

UPDATE: Implicits work as intended. Unnatural instinct next to exposure tolerance is the part that's bugged. Only gives 15% instead of 30% reduced reflected elemental damage. When I added in 2 more jewels with 10% red implicit or Soul of Yugul, i was "immune". But when I only added in 1 jewel. I still killed myself.

Please google this "issue" and you will many many threads about this confirming it's not a bug.
It has to do with how GGG calcylated damage --> reduced / less contra increase / more.
100% REDUCED eke ref doesn't make you ref immune. Not a bug.

I have already eliminated every other possibility that i found on the forums. No possibility of sextants (Chimera map), no curses on me, no debuffs (unnerve), im offscreening mobs from miles away. Also, the testing on temple atziri (clean) shows that clearly the implicits arent working unless there is something else im missing. (This is ele reflect, so no need to consider Abyssus).

Also, I've spent close to 2hrs now reading every forum and reddit post on this issue from up to 3 years ago. Nothing seems to click. Feeling kinda bummed cos I spent over 15ex getting that specific implicit onto 7 jewels for the sole purpose of being able to run ele reflect juiced 100% delrious maps.

It should be, if there are no additional sources of ele dmg amplification like curses/debuffs/shocked ground/sextant mods/gear mods from what I understand.

I know the difference, one is additive and one is multiplicative but thats not even the point. I'm saying that I have already remove all factors that might contribute to an increased/more reflected damage taken. What I want to know is whether I have missed out any other potential source of inc/more dmg cos if theres NONE, then 100% reduced IS IMMUNITY.

Poe ninja skill tree is bugged tho, i dont have a point next to the jewel below pain attunement, its an allocated point much further below for chance of getting charges on kill.

I have doubts that you got some increased damage taken modifiers somewhere but I can't track it down.

Edit : Think I might have found it, when you are doing Chimera, by any chance you are doing a shocked map?

When you are killing atziri, did you have your warding flask up? Because atziri reflects your curses
