That same advantage can be obtained from luck, guild mates, account sharing, quitting your job and lots of redbull, a random person who decides to randomly give you that loot because they grouped with you and thought you were nice or whatever...
Life isn't fair. Money, however, is not an advantage, it's just an alternative. There are plenty of games where money is required if you want to (be competative, finish the game, etc.)
Umm, money is advantage, always was and will be. Luck and other things, for that you need to play the game, for this you dont, you need only money.
Really? You don't need to play to have the character to equip those items to, and the skill to make use of them?

You dont need to play to serch for items, others do. Man, i can play 40h and not find that item, and player with money form the start will buy it from other player that sell it. Is it fair? Not in my book.

I still don't understand why you would even care.
Are you so shallow that you'll get mad about someone having better equipment than you?

Why? It still required SOMEBODY to find it. So you are going to be able to tell the difference between someone who spend 40h to find that item and equip it and have an advantage over you (what is the advantage btw??) as opposed to someone buying it off the guy who decided NOT to equip it?
This goes for PvP. You either face the guy who finds the items and equips them in the arena or face the guy who bought the items off someone else who didn't.
Why is this a problem?

Ladder, in previous games, was competing for levels.
That won't be in D3 at all.

How is it cheating?
If I meet up with someone in game and traded (doesn't matter the currency) for an item, am I cheating?
The RMAH simplifies trade.

Hmmm. Why diablo 3 fans are trying to defend so hard somthing that really cant be defended in a more competision games.
I care if he buyed the item, and becouse of it he is higer on ladder than me, becouse he can lvl faster, or win more in PvP, how is it hard to understand that?

But if it was, would it be fair?
