Of course there are some mistakes in the Labyrinth but for the most part Labyrinth is brilliant!


You should understand that a game should be fun. Being forced to run not fun horrible content is bad for a game.

The importance of ascendancy points is agreed to. (The "deserving" line nonsense is just stupid labyrinth story line crap that apparently has you brainwashed. It doesn't match and just distracts from any other story line in the game. LOL)

It is great that you like labyrinth game play. I wish I did too but, I don't. The game play is different enough from normal PoE game play that there are many people who, like me, do not enjoy it. That means bad game design since ascendancy points and the labyrinth content are not really optional since they are so important like we agree. If the labyrinth was optional then people that enjoy it could run it and people that didn't wouldn't have to.

But after two years of experince i complete the labyrinth more easier
If you wanna feel good then you should complete the first labirinth not on the 33th level of your character but on the 50th level and so on. It will be easier. Don't try to comlete the labyrinth as early as possible. You can comlete the fourth labirinth on the 80 level of your character

You meant that traps are getting more hard with character's leveling???

I didn't know this information. Nonethless i can say that the most hard part in the labirinth is the boss (Izaro as i remember) not traps

If you think that traps are not a great challenge in your game life then you will die since you pay insignificant attention to the traps

You should not ignore great hardness of the traps
Traps kill you because you underestimate trap-threat and you try to quickly run through the traps as if they are harmless

Thank you for sharing your experience and your well meant advice. I'll share my experience so you better understand the full context.

I started playing seven years ago. PoE was the only game I played for many years. After labyrinth was released I sincerely tried to learn to like it and could not. So I just didn't ascend my characters and played on for another couple years or so. By that time the power creep advanced to the point that it was required running labyrinth on my characters. So, I stopped playing PoE for at least a year. I played other games instead. GGG then significantly nerfed the first two labyrinths and made lab much more palatable. So I returned to playing PoE and have even started giving money to GGG again.

This is the Feedback and Suggestion forum and I'm just letting GGG know that labyrinth is still not fun for many players and IMHO it would serve them well to mitigate this more than they already have.

edit: the trap damage is based on life pool plus 50% of ES. So unlike anything else in the game, even the "low level" traps can easily kill a "high level" character. One of the many many bad design flaws in this shit that they had to fix early was that it was originally based on life pool plus 100% ES.

Trials solely are enough punishment for getting points.

I wish we can vendor 10 offerings for book of eternel lab completion.

This is a great idea! People that enjoy running this stuff would have another avenue for making currency and people that don't enjoy it would have an alternative.

Having to do labs on each character is one of the main reasons I don’t like doing alts TBH. Just thinking about having to do them 3-4 times again is just sleep inducing to me.

I wish they would just scrap them for a league as a test, and just give us the ascendancy points at like level 30, 55, 70 and 80 instead. I can almost guarantee they would see an improvement in how many alts people play in a league, which in the end would lead to more playtime in general.

Or at least give us the 6 first points by just levelling and have the last 2 as a challenge at the end.
