I'm really disappointed another fun item that would synergize with Eternity Shroud is pretty much DoA. Maybe one day... one day they will allow us to influence unique items. It just no hint which unique is league exclusive and which especially boss only, and which is core drop table. For Emperor's Vigilance, i also drop outside the garden in Harvest league. But for unique collection tab , all of the unique of this patch (3.11) except the supporter design one, only have slot in Harvest league counterpart but not in perma league However, Emperor's Vigilance Scorpion's Call and Fleshcrafter, etc, are all reported to be drop outside garden as well (and some even reported to be drop outside Harvest league) This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee.
