Cannot craft mod in item with fractured crafted mod

i cannot craft or remove crafting bench mod to an item with a fractured crafted mod

Thanks for your report, this is intended.

A Fractured mod cannot be modified (this includes removing it), since the Fractured mod is also a crafted mod, you cannot add another crafted mod.

While it's technically correct, I think "fractured" mod property should be dominant and exclusive. It should at least override "crafted" property of an affix.

all fracturing does is lock a mod in, there are some crafted only mods as well which if you have fractured overwrite crafted you could technically have 2 crafted only mods(say+min charges) without multimodding.
And that would be great.

It's not that much freedom of choice in 6-available-affix-spots, for the cost of slight internal revamp of crafting mods, like adding the mentioned charge crafted mods to the same modgroup (if you like this sort of nerfs) we could get an intuitive "not evil" crafting system, where fracturing even the "can have up to 3 crafted mods" mod would be a "win" and where mod text color actually would have made sense.
