I don't think every league needs "more monsters and more loot" in maps. I'm totally OK with some leagues trying different things. Is this league a 10/10? No. Do I appreciate a different league with a different pace? Absolutely.
Seed drops SHOULD be increased. Getting 4-5 seeds a map, several maps in a row, feels like a punch to the face. Doing 5x24 T1 seeds without a T2 seed drops, also feels like crap. And maybe increase the drops from the harvest monsters, to satisfy the "I need MORE currency to have fun"-crowd, even though I don't think the league needs it.
I think we have enough mechanics in this game, to make maps feel dense enough. Every league doesn't have to add another layer to that.

I agree the suggestion on seeds number. They quantity should scale with map tier/quality/pack size
