Same issue here. BT Internet UK if it helps. I've never had problems installing POE before. Fresh Windows 10 install. No firewall etc. Just keeps failing.

This is an issue with ISP caching, the easiest fix is downloading through a VPN. Waiting till tomorrow is also an option but ISP might not reset the cache in time for the new league.

Had the same problem. I tried used PackCheck, turning off Firewall, Re-installing it and many other "solutions". Seems like what the previouis guy said worked. Just use a VPN when you download PoE, it worked for me.

" This did not work for me, Tried 3 different VPN's. I am also not on BT Internet but Virgin Media. I have tried deleting the file, Running as Admin, Changing the install location from the NVME to the SSD and nothing fixes this. Reply from support was basiclaly "We will look into it if you give us information on your network and install location". Even if the VPN Did work they should not be expecting users to download third party free software in order to resolve an issue on their end. " Guys this is it. Me and my friends did the same and it worked. Just keep on clicking launcher and it will finally install. You'll just waste like 10 minutes I think, though for my friend it took about an hour. Good luck |

Just to let anyone know a vpn set to usa worked for me 1st time, im in the uk and on virign media if that makes any odds. Hopefully they fix the http header before the league start GL!!

I cannot use a VPN.
I do not understand all these difficulties to install a game. Would be appreciated if someone from GGG comes with a solution soon. I have installed and uninstalled the game 4 times and always the same problem. |
