Unable to install - Janus Delayed Blast particle missing

I've tried to reinstall as I haven't played since the beginning of Delirium and it's coming up with an error.

Unrecognised or bad HTTP Content or Transfer-Encoding while downloading.

It seems one of Janus' particles is missing or won't register when I'm trying to install the game, very strange.

I've completely wiped the install and have tried to install on a different driver but no luck.

I have the same problem. Tried a number of times but it keeps stalling on that file.
