The returned of the "Reach of the Council Bow" most confuse reworked

Just being honest and I loved this bow when it originally came out. After it was nerfed; it pretty much was done for. Having a near endgame level requirement on a low damage bow is retarded. Hate when they turn the few good unique bows and other items to shit, with nerfs; i.e. Quill rain and Reach of the Council. Most of these endgame uniques are too crappy to have the level requirements they have. Also the bosses you beat to get the items, require you to have way stronger items just to beat them. So why bother dropping crap if it's not gonna be an improvement or even helpful compared to what we already have to use? If GGG wants to keep us players informed with updates, then they should start posting them all on this site. Yeah a well crafted bow should always be the best raw DPS, uniques should be about interesting unique mechanics (even that was lost to rares nowadays).
Unfortunately this means that weapons with interesting mechanics can't work in this game unless they are already better than most rares in raw DPS, since most of the attack skills DPS comes from the weapon itself. The only long term solution i can foresee would be reworking unique weapons (only weapons)to be similar to Elona living weapons. For those who don't know, these are weapons that level up with you (similar to how oni goroshi works). In Poe it would mean that each time the weapon leveled it would get a small base damage increment up to a determined level. As long they balance it in a way that well rolled rares are still the best raw DPS option, this would at least give interesting uniques a fighting chance to be used in niche builds. |

I just bricked a bow that have T2 accuracy + increase phys damage hybrid mod, and T1 flat phys damage.
It can have crafted increase phys damage . I don't know how rare it is and the annulment bricked it by annual one of the aforementioned mod I haven't search trade site before and then i figure out even it is T1 + T2, it probably very rare T1 flat phys damage spawn weight is 200 T1 hybrid is 25 T2 hybrid is 50 (T1 increase phys is 25, T2 increase phys is 50) My point is for bow, rare bow is relatively harder to craft . Even you can use fossil to block all ele added damage Thus people just use unique bow for build. We knew good roll rare bow existed but at the same time it is hard to craft Only +3 bow is very easy to craft. As +1 to socketed gem can be forced to appear by "cannot roll attack" mod, while +2 bow gem is essence, +2 support gem is craft mod from Jun/Mastermind.
