Im following your build right now and its awesome. I got some questions though. Why do you not go pleague bearer and withering touch since it grants elusive too? Also last ascendancy you go into master alchemist but i was thinking master surgeon, is there a reason you take that one or its just what you prefer? | |

sorry I meant withering step. I can understand why he doesnt go withering step though since it shares cooldown with dash, but pleague bearer could work on this build no? But so would also blink arrow with withering step too? im not sure

What about Storm Cloud/Tempest in place of Quill Rain? It has higher ASPD.
