I see. Even if you decide to keep runesmith, it looks like you're still giving up 2 cluster notables simply by using lg cluster jewels with only 2 notables per jewel since one of the small passives you have to hit anyways would be a notable on a 3 notable jewel.

kinda confused with the config, should i add enemies lightning resis to -20 due scintillating idea (i use 4) and effect of shock to 20 due base x 30% from overshock. please cmiiw =)

Interesting. I wonder if it's possible to do something like 5k life with 15m dps? I feel like that might be my choice.

I'm also really curious about doing a cold conversion variant. I know a few ppl do that for templar storm brand builds

I thought about that, but losing all the mana and resists killed it for me.

I predict a CDR nerf for brand recall, a %mana nerf for archmage, some tuning to arcane cloak, and cluster jewel notables as unique. I have the PoB ready for all of this ladies and gents. We taking this baby to 3.11
