And yet I clear Merciless with ease (Dweller of the Deep at 50 mobs 8 levels higher than me). And though I have two maps characters who are; though faster and boringly single skill stacked with multiple auras, not nearly as much fun as this ALT I will reply in full to your single line attack.

This character was meant to take what I learned there, and apply it to a more challenging off norm build that could succeed. He has a lot of LGoH, LL, a pair of Bloodseekers in a couple levels for instant Leech, and formidable % based HP regen. He is meant to sting you til you die.

Stacking single attacks is so much bloody fun! /sarcasm

We all have our single stacked faceroller, I was replying to someone saying that you could not do content with off the wall characters. You can, you just have to apply what you know you need to those builds. Life, Evasion to Armor or Armor Straight up else go CI. Resists, cap them. Grab elemental nodes as they are superior to physical ones, crit is good. Not too bloody hard to apply to oddball characters.

On the Mobility Shadow with the varied skillset. I wanted to recreate the Diablo 2 Martial Artist/Single Trap Line Hybrid Sin type of play, which had MANY attacks. Viper give me orb stacking; without a finisher I grabbed Flicker to act as Dragoon Kick. Dual Strike is my single target high dps Dual Claw finisher. Due to the damage systems in the game I needed mobility. So I took Whirling Blades as an escape route. Cyclone was just to dicker about to see how it felt to have it on a Sin style play. Fire Trap, hm could I be recreating, Flame Trap? Auras/Curses etc are needed in this game, so that just became a way to pick up a self buff.

I have the important skills stacked high enough to make them count. And yes I am a bit more gear dependent with the odd spec and not rocking a 4k main attack at range with LMP/GMP and Chain. In the end, decent gear, 5L your main skill, 4l two others, then play with the rest of your slots, that is what matters.

And again this character is about tackling content I know I can complete with a faceroller, with an off norm spec reminiscent of a playstyle I enjoyed in the past. I refer to him as my "high mobility Shadow" he doesn't hit like a truck, but with my pc; an ssd, a good connection, and good timing for /oos checks I have enough fun to warrant continuing to play with him.

So, bugger off if you intend to spend your time adhering to the "Ranged or Go Home, Spam one Attack and Stack Auras" mentality on all your characters. I play in Default league so I can have the luxury of enjoying the multitude of possibilities available on the board, good, bad or otherwise, and move on when a build fails. Perhaps one day I may be one of those who finds that sweet spot and makes a "new approved build" for people like you to scorn people like me for trying.

I brought i think 5 ppl to this game. Only i left nad i didnt login in last 5 days too.

Many, many reasons - i will not write them here because its apparently fukin pointless because developers thinks that game is perfect and are still living on their cloud with 250 diamonds and alpha testers.

But i will stick around.. still waiting for first REAL OB patchwith REAL fixes and balance. And still wainting for first sign that they have any urge and ideas to make this game better and more playable.

HOneslty? After all changes CB -> OB and whan i look at current game systems i start to think that all this time was wasted. Sad.

I have both chats turned off most of the time and mostly play with friends or solo, so no idea and don't care.

arpg games are designed for RNG enthusiasts
you can call them autists but thats dont matter eventually
all the casual playerbase will leave for something new
its the rule of F2P probably after years later you will find the
very same people playing PoE after you leave looking for the next big thing OP

yup a lot of people have left the game but still post on forums in hopes of GGG actually making good change. i dont think most people are done for good but right now this game is dying for sure
