1 - RNG is equal for all

2 - RNG is weighted based on... something. Packs, Streamers status, something else.

oh yeah i forgot to mention in my opening post that the $500 guy is also a very popular streamer, he wasnt just some random guy. he was streaming POE every day when he got the mirror.

If streamers were running around like idiots not dropping anything decent (ie like average players) then you would be like - that's lame this game is useless stupid grindfest.
They sell you a dream of a mirror, hh when mathil etc gets one, "you can have it too" (that's a lie).

All the smart kids yelling about rng - there is no such thing in chinese hackjob wich rings back to server for each drop, that's why you get your scroll of wisdom and streamers get ex & mirrors.
