Marauder is still relative according to PoE's mechanics * atmospheres -- regardless of the rest of the triangle's co-existence.

If GGG were to give the Marauder a more brutal make-over, I don't think this would break the relation or the synergy between the bow/magic/stealth users.
You will never see a man faking anger, passion and relentless behavior.

You will always see a man faking love, politeness and respectful behavior.
You can't really compare a game where you press a button to attack to real life, where combat requires skill and coordination. It's just no possible to simulate that in this kind of game.

But I do agree though melee combat is mind numbingly boring in this game, which is just adding insult to injury.

There is a lot of room to incorporate from a reality's perspective. The characters have the anatomy of humans. There is a trade system similar to our older, historical ways in commercing. Life & Mana is basically a physical and mental apparatus. Weapons are relative to our own type of weapons in real life. There is death. There are buildings similar to ours. One of the areas have a cemetery, another has a market place and then forests. This is what happens when humans make a project; it becomes part human. It is nearly impossible to make a game that is 100% non-human; non-realistic.

I'm not wanting a cookie-cut or a direct carbon copy of a warrior. I simply want the Marauder to have more detail in its character, as right now it is more like a vampire bunny that hops around with glowing lights and DBZ oriented skills.

GGG can do better than that. They don't have to. This is why this is a discussion/suggestion.

GGG won't because 99% of their customers are normal human beings not suffering any mental conditions that would request GGG to change their game to fit the desires of beings with levels of off the charts autism.
