[3.10] Winter Orb Occultist 1m DPS. Highest DPS without HH or Herald of Braindead!
 Heya guys Winter Orb was always a skill I was interested in but never tried it out due the lack of dps other guides had so I made my own and that's the result. Enjoy it, Exiles. Pros

- 7-8k ES on "budget" - ES regen and leech - relative fast and safe mapper - chaos explo pew pew - awesome aoe clear - fat crits - homing projectiles (yes you can play it while being drunk af) Cons

- can't / hard to do no leech or no regen maps - can't do elemental reflect maps - playstyle is not for everyone due channeling -> run mechanic Path Of Building

Nice build, not super-imba dps, but not weak build. I think tailwind+elysive boots great fot build. | |
" Glad you are enjoying the build. To be honest most people forget WO is a permanent damage even while dodging mechanics so in reality it outscales melee builds with 2kk dps easily. Basically you are right with the boots, but it will cost at least 3x more than the whole gear right now. You have to sacrifice energy shield or movement speed which is not only quality of life but also a defensive layer to dodge effectively. " We can definitely improve that build when we invest more into jewels and boots with elusive or corrupting items for extra power charges but that alone would cost at least more than my actual gear. Also my Circle of Fear is crap, I just used one of my CoC chars. I just stopped to improve it cause I was investing like 30+ ex into my glad to hustle my last challenge. In total I used like 10-15 ex for my whole gear (Watcher's eye was 5 ex back then, my armor was 5 ex and the rest sums up, now it is definitely cheaper).
