I've having the same issue. Only those said non-masters spawn. I have one level 95 and two 80-something.

I've been playing Delirium a lot this league, mostly on my Guardian and Pathfinder. I do find Master Missions, but ONLY in influenced maps, be it shaper/elder/hunter/redeemer/warlord/crusader. They only spawn in those maps.

I have had maybe 8 or 10 spawns since the league has started across 4 characters. LewdPhilter,MeBallsAreTingly and Waahbot

both monepok_BV and monepok_GuardianAbuse haven't found natural master missions since their creation. (delerium softcore)
the exception being when zana open a map to fight an conquerer in their citadel. prophecies, sextants, scarabs and selecting a mission from the atlas device itself works fine. |

One thing I found weird also: too many Cassia spawn, like, 4x more Cassia than tane, and a lot more again than masters. |
