[3.11] Spellslinger VD Necromancer. All content. Easy and fast Sirus A8 kill. Wave 20 Simulacrum.

Which one of these two would be better? (don't look at the craft on the second one, it can be changed)
PoB shows that the second one (Spirit Chant) is overall better (without penetrate craft) but i want to make sure since PoB is sometimes funky with not straightforward builds.

Does someone craft +1 to minimum endurance charges on rings?

I played this build too.

I have some questions when I see other builds.
I'm not sure why do you use the Surrender as a shield?
-Is Reckoning skill able on wand? (as it requires 'melee weapon equipped')
-Or we just want Armour for this shield?

The damage to boss pretty bad, so sad. Orz
How to boost Damage in boss fight?
-Is Nature's Patience from cluster jewel worth for this build as it normally stand to spam VD. So in 10 secs, it has 20% chance to deal DD to boss?
-Or just boost fire damage in Wand and use Herald of Ash (13% more damage) is enough for boss fight?

BTW, I really love VD as homing missiles to mobs, that's feel good.

sadly no

i seen one with 540% minion damage

And its easier to roll i guess as you could use Minion Damage + Spell Damage which both would give you 80%



problem with small damage... any help/advice?

The clear speed is quite nice, but single target dmg is very lackluster.

"CDR IS NOT NEEDED. They are only used for single target dps and offer like 30-40% more damage there. Only go for CDR on belt/boots once you have inpulsa and the surrender."
So that's one way to increase single target if you don't have it.

Also BLKN remember to keep your skills at like lv20/20-23% or 21/0 at least if you are on the budget depending on which option gives the most dmg/ utility to the skill.

Im at the 38% cooldown threshold and the single target dmg is still bad.
you can always get cluster jewels with

Master of Fire or Cooked Alive

which will give you -10 Fire Resistence on the Enemy each

As Damage = (1- "Fire Resistenace")*Spelldmg
