Constant "unexpected disconnection occurred" (PS4)

Hey guys is anyone else experiencing "unexpected disconnection occurred" when trying to load into another area? I can load up my characters fine but when I travel to hideout or try to enter a map it loads for 30 second odd then I get the unexpected disconnection occurred
Even tried to make a new character to see if it was just the hideout/map device but it seems to be every instance Last bumped on Mar 29, 2020, 9:38:08 AM

On xbox one we are getting, disconnected failed to join server.
Sounds like the same issue and i hope they get it fixed as cant get into game at all now, only standard is working |

I tried standard and it didn't work either, Hope someone sees these posts or found how both platforms are having trouble.
Sucks I just bought a cortex map from Zana glad I didn't open it that would of been of been bad lol |

Yeah, I had some fun with that earlier on PS4.
Is especially annoying as when it happens it eats my Map and sometimes my Animated Guardian, too. |

Still cant log in to instance on xbox one and when you do get in its 50/50 of getting kicked again if you load an instance. Our whole group is the same so it is a ggg fault at their end.
I reported problem at 4.30pm today and as usual on here, no reply from team. It would be good to know if they are aware of the problem or even read the bug reports |

I've also been getting this after i created a new character and tried to get to tidal island or mud flats.
GGG might be a bit slow atm in dealing with server issues due to NZ lockdown· |

Hello,
I've forwarded this thread, and other similar ones onto the server admin team for further investigation to see if there's an ongoing issue. As of right now if you are experiencing issues, I would suggest trying to change your gateway to the nearest one available to your location. Secondly, if you're using a wireless connection, I would strongly urge you to try and swap to a wired connection for a smoother, more reliable experience which will minimize these types of disconnections. | |

" Region specific servers mean it is less likely to be GGG and more likely to be local technicians being held up/unable to do their job because of the lockdowns. " Seems OK for me now (UK so Amsterdam realm or London idk). |

Yeah i'm having trouble with disconnecting from instances and them completely disappearing, also seems to roll you back to before the map/area was ran, playing on London realm At the moment, xbox one x wired connection. Gonna try another EU (Frankfurt) server and see if i still have issues.
