This is a con'job, Bait and switch, Bamboozlement! Says all you have to do is create an account, doesn't mention you have to get to lvl 5 until you've wasted a bunch of time looking for a reward key that isn't there. Waste of time, don't bother unless you really can't live without more shiny stuffs.
