Your internet is broken, not the game. You start getting packet loss at your second hop, and it just gets worse from there at your 3rd and then 5th.

Call your ISP, tell them you are getting PL and some not so minor latency and it's affecting your ability to do what you want to online. Make sure that they see your MTR as that is the proof that they will need to see that something is borked.

problem is not my internet, I can play any game online with 9 ping ja poe ping is 100+
packet losses are minimal, I've played with more losses than that.

So, you don't like the response and just ignore it then.

Hate to break it to you, but that's what your MTR shows. POE is not another game..traffic travels to different servers through different routes.

Ignore what I told you and you will continue to have issues. I don't care either way, I'm not the one with the problem.

I say again that the problem is not in my network, before the league update my ping was no more than 20, after this update I was no longer able to play with low ping, I have several friends from different places with the same type of problem, I am a technician in informatics, I've worked with networks, packet loss is normal, there is no network in which you don't have a minimum loss.

And he tells you again, it's on your end according to the report. I don't get how hard can it be to understand that.
You also have to account for more people world-wide using internet, and game's services since a whole bunch of them are now sitting at home.
Not only is everyone's internet connection quality taking a hit, due to increased usage of game services, so is the capability of their servers.
How the hell do you make a statement that the game is broken if for vast majority of players it's perfectly fine.

I understand your points of view, but my problem didn't exist before the last league update, probably nothing has changed about my internet since then, I have no problem connecting to any other server, so the facts lead me to believe that the problem it was the last update, and just that ...

then I will change my statement, the server of '' São Paulo Br '' is in trouble.
