Yes. Myself and several friends have been using it since it was first released during Metamorph when Poe.trade was having major issues/updating super slow, haven't had any issues with POE Overlay.

would be good if GGG check this tool

It follows their macro rules and doesn't automate anything other than a chat message or price setting in game so afaik should be allowed.
