That's quite a nice buff to block builds ! There are really strong keystones, +2% max res ( not all of course ) seems pretty strong, +3% chaos res with divine flesh too ... I must admit this all seems quite interesting, maybe I will try in 3 months :>. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
