Look like a clear ISP peering problem -->
ae-3.r03.parsfr02.fr.bb.gin.ntt.net - 0 | 460 | 460 | 7 | 8 | 14 | 8 |
| 82.112.96.230 - 11 | 321 | 286 | 27 | 28 | 34 | 28 |
| ae5.cbs02.eq01.par02.networklayer.com - 14 | 297 | 256 | 28 | 30 | 38 | 32 |
| ae6.dar02.par01.networklayer.com - 12 | 317 | 281 | 27 | 28 | 36 | 29 |
| po2.fcr01a.par01.networklayer.com - 13 | 307 | 269 | 0 | 29 | 61 | 29 |
| 96.79.089f.ip4.static.sl-reverse.com - 13 | 305 | 267 | 28 | 28 | 38 | 28 |

Since massive packet loss start at peering device.
You might want to try using a vpn until it's fixed, I'm having the same issue, for about 3 days and also living in france.

Few years ago I had this problem for months and had to use a vpn, it's really annoying but at least you can play with decent ping and no lag spikes.
When I changed isp it fixed the problem, didn't have any issue for about 3 years but now it's happening again.

I was thinking about messaging them about it but they'll probably don't care, sadly.
Sad thing is so far i've only seen issues with PoE (then again, ATM the only other game i'm playing is dota2).

VPN sadly means paying for something that won't be useful to me for anything else...

Han, thx for the tip but "clearly" doesn't apply to me, i'm network illiterate :P
