The opposite actually. You see in Grim Dawn there is a piece of armour on character that are pants. And there are those uniqe pants that has "something" that was left there by previous owner. You as player have new skill that allows You to throw that "thing" and it becomes poisonous to mobs.

So in PoE to have "Cast on Fart" we would need pants and we would need unique pants that have this button flap on back ;) Something like this:
