y yes it works perfectly if you yourself hit's something or your totem's,,like say shield charge etc etc

The flammability curse works with just the totems hitting enemies. Nothing else is needed.

Man I can't get away from this build lol. Every time I think about starting something new, I make some improvements to this builds gear.

I'm not sure if someone already asked and this was answered but how does the blood rage reset when all the damage is being done by the totem? I'm still newish to the game and rather than just follow builds i'm trying to understand how things work together. Thanks.

I notice that your Transcendent Flesh jewel in the PoB has damage reduction. seems to be an older version of the gem. Is the new version still worth it? 6exalts seems like alot for some crit multiplier. Hi, I seem to be suffering with serious survivability issues. I'm not in the absolute best stuff yet, but it's almost there. I've 7294 hp but I seem to get one shot all the time. Capped resists bar chaos, 32% phys reduction, yet it feels like a weak breeze can take me down on endgame stuff. Is there something I'm missing? I'm missing watcher's eye and transcendant flesh, no +1 to support gems on my chest and only 931 str, but thats not enough to be causing one shots all the time. And its not down to map mods, it's regardless of them.
