They need to have evidence of rmt of course. Just because someone is saying it doesn't mean anything. Anyone can say anything.

Dont get it twisted though. He does not sell/use ANY items given to him while he is active in the league. Basically he does not profit in ANY way from these donations. He only touches them once he is about to quit and do his giveaways.
GGG has a rule against streamer giveaways so instead of giving HH away for free, he gives them away for a fraction of their cost.
This dude made like 3-4k Exalts in legion league with normal play. Its insane.

New player follows a ridiculously expensive build posted here in GGG's official forum and has no idea how to make the currency needed. They do a Google search hoping to find out how to make currency but all they find is a RMT site and through desperation buy currency later on.
They can finally play their expensive build and are happy. GGG don't know and the new player isn't bothered. Add to this the competitive nature of PoE it makes it more likely people will try RTM.

He said normal, not casual.
these are people that play in a group and form a "battle strategy" before the league even begins and then execute it flawlessly and for them thats a "normal routine".

Talking such a ... If you try to use your brain, obviously you can't since you qq for exalts, why empi will gamble 1-2k exalts or showing them on stream at all, when he can sell them for $$$? Also if you try to listen the video he said he can't giveaway items on stream because its bannable and he was in this situation before. If there is someone who is not rmt-ing for sure, then its he.

Not the OP but bare with me here. There's three total reasons why no proof is provided, and I will list them in no particular order:
1: GGG removes posts with any type of account name in them and those advertising streams
2: Because the claim is fake
and 3: The stream might not be archived in such a way that OP can post it.

removing headhunter would collapse TGGG plans for their twitch agenda.. 3.9 is basically based in streamers.
needless to say the hunt for certain pixel treasures would be reduced to even less but at least mirrors will be always mirrors.
