" I was a Warcraf 3 Mapper ( who create map to play), my old map got same skill idea with POE. In that, you can create character you like. Unlike POE, at start, character's STR is equal to AGI, INT, these stat can up by the action you do. Ex : Melee attack gain STR, Spell gain INT. About skill, you can learn any skill you like, you only need requirement stat for it. Some skill is combined from 2 another skill, ex : you can combine ice spell with rapier skill :) 10 days ago, i found the game got similar idea.
