European payment methods

What about one of those Pay by Mobile Phone ways?

+1 for paysafecard. Steam use it and a lot of friends wouldn't buy so much games without it. Also, it's the most safe way to pay something on the internet, if you want my opinion.
There is another system using our bank card (not credit card), like DirectEBanking if i'm not mistaken. However, paysafecard is still easier. Problem with paypal in Europe is that credit card is not used by a lot of people, especially the 18-25 years old, so it takes like 3 days before you can use your money. I'm from belgium, by the way.
