" Yeah that's my only major problem with the art design in PoE, It seems like they don't design the art with the in-game camera perspective in mind. All of that gorgeous detail will be completely lost when viewed in-game at normal zoom levels. |

I've been wanting the base armors in this game to look good for so long. Such a massive QoL to the overall immersiveness when you can slap on a helmet and it doesn't look like a mop bucket. I understood the art direction, we are exiles after all why would the armor look pristine. But then 3.0 came out with a sick Oriath theme and everything we exiles slapped on still looked like a sack of potatoes. Now, maybe the gear won't just feel like numbers but actually feel like gear.
