What We're Working On

cant find citadel in Tirn's End region.

Now it is end of october in 2020 and I cannot get a citadel in Lira Arthain, even after having done all the low maps three times at least. Even a new character, only created for the purpose to unlock the citadel, did not work. This is not fine.

I'm almost at awakening level 6 but still no citadel on Tirn's End....
