I thought I had same problem like I mentioned few post earlier but I managed to spawn and kill conquerors. Just spam t14s, t15s and t16s but my guess is that you need only t16s. I think only when I did t16 map conqueror showed on map. I need to pay more attention to it. Anyway it helped in my case BUT after I got my 2 new watchstones (18 total) I spawned new conquerer once again in same region (Lira Arthain - bottom right). I had only red watchstone left to unlock there and green dude spawned and didn't give me new watchstone that I am still missing.
Now I moved my t16s to different region (Glennach Cairns - mid left) where I need 3 watchstones to unlock - red, green, blue. I ran one t16 and... yellow dude spawned. I already have yellow stone there so my gues is I won't receive new watchstone. I'll test that tomorrow ;s |

Every picture posted about this, their atlas was barely done in each region. The bosses will be on the uncompleted maps. not a bug. (May not guarantee a spawn but the more you have filled out the better at least to my knowledge)

" That is not true you can do any map to spawn exile/influence the only thing to watch out for is that you do a different map every time. Still one of the greatest Speeches of all Time!

16/32 watchstones
failed sirus ran 40-50 maps and spawned 4 bosses ran hundreds of maps in respective regions to bosses no encounters. Spawned them but can't face them, it is like a curse. |

same here, i got 16 stones.
- failed sitius encounter. then i tried to go on to get watchstones in inner regions. - in my case i tried hundred of maps in every inner region, i can't even start the quest progress to get influence on the specific region. So..totally stucked. PLZ fix it. |

3 Days no progress, stucked! I even bought 2 maps I have not finished yet for 25c each and what a suprise...still nothing
