"The Awakener of World" Quest Bug (kinda fixed check explanation: part)

Problem:
I can't progress with Awakener of Worlds quest.

Have been doing:
Doing red maps on one citadel - More than 60 maps done (most of the maps were at the current atlas level)
Doing different red maps on different citadels - More than 20 maps done
Doing white/yellow/red map mix on one citadel - More than 30 maps done
Doing white/yellow/red map mix on different citadels - More than 10 map done



Also:
Citadel has 4 watchstones in it (since in left side it asks me to do that)
I've finally got influence on the map and at least 20 maps in a row that i can't get to the boss.
Tested even after 3.9.0c Hotfix 4 with different hideout it still doesn't work.

Before even starting explaining how to do and what to do i will talk about few things u can skip this and go to the "explanation" part.

Little essay about why i hate some stuff about Path of Exile:

Before the league start you either find someone who is played as much as you did in the past or you just go to your old trusty league mate. You practice. And you practice same area more than 100 times. Together/Solo. You rush acts and redo everything again and again and again till you get to the point you think thats good enough. This is how top 1% of the players does every league. Then league starts and you sit in front of the computer and press enter for 1 hour straight without stopping to enter to the queue as fast as possible and then queue doesn't starts and then your friend who plays poe from steam tells you he's in queue (just bc he got patch 30 min earlier than the standalone client players) you restart the game and find urself in 19k th place in queue. Life isn't fair i know but that doesn't mean you have to spit on face of the players who play in different client.

Also another point not all top 100 (first lvl 100) players who reached there did that in a fair way. That's all what ill say about that.

And here comes the corrupted shaper guardian map bug. The moment i realised that you can get full atlas completion just by doing any shaper guardian map i reported it to ggg. Even talked with one guy from ggg personally. Was a cool guy. And i have nothing agains't ggg employees. Also i've reported few bugs aswell which theyve fixed in later patchs.

Back to the Guardian Map bug. Before and after i saw the bug there was a people who was sharing/selling this info. One streamer included (im not gonna say he's name cause 1. I don't want to get this post removed 2. Naming and shaming in this case is bad 3. I don't want to boost or adverst that streamer again 4. I don't want to get harrased by he's viewers again.). And now days later nobody got banned. And here i am thinking why the fuck i'm even reporting something? Im not "functional game tester" am i? I do not get single penny doing that. It just makes me laugh when i sit and play this game more than 40 hours straight then sleep like 3 4 hours then play more to get atlas completions and then there is some guy just bc he got lucky with zana quest and got Shaper Guardian map and gets whole atlas completion in one map. Is that fair? Or selling the info to someone. Isn't that inmorale thing to do? Before you post any comment about this just so you know doesn't matter if your comment supports my words or not i wont answer. I wont answer to anything even if it's bug related. Just please do check the explanation part.


Explanation:

After reaching 16th watchstone and fighting Awakener:
1. Check left side and see what watchstones you need and in which citadel.
2. For getting ANY Exile(Sirus a.k.a Awakener guardians) place all watchstones to that citadel that you want to get exile from.
3. Only use highest maps that you have for that 4 watchstoned citadel.
Example:
When you fully (4 watchstone) upgrade "Lex Proxima" area (citadel) your Jungle Walley map becomes Tier: 14. You might have Tier: 1 Jungle Walley map but if you use that map it wont work. You have to use Tier: 14 Jungle Walley map to be able to spawn the exile (guardian of the Awakener)
4. Chance of spawning exile is lower than 33%. Sometimes you can get it in one map sometimes in 30. But when you try to Cadiro with 33% he's almost in every 3 map. When exiles ( guardians of the Awakener) are not.
5. Do not use any lover tier maps after spawning the Exile untill you finished killing it.

Example:
You can run Tier: 14 Dungeon map in "Lex Proxima" area and spawn the exile. Then if you use lower tiered version of Desert map (example: Tier: 11) which has to be Tier: 14 on your current fully watchstoned citadel, it will reduce your chances getting the exile second or third time.
6. Sometimes doing maps for Awakening Bonus trigger the exile encounter.
7. Sometimes adding master to your atlass (example: Zana) trigger the exile

Final notes:
Im certain it's still bugged cause 33% doesn't work like that. But here is your solution. At least i do have dignity to not to sell info for a currency.

same here got 4 influences but cant spawn the boss on any of them

Yep, my atlas is also stuck on this quest.
And because I have 4 areas with influence I can't remove the stones.
So now I'm unable to get any map between T4 and T14.

same here... on top of that Cassia stopped spawning for me too.
I run over 40 maps, nothing, no exile, no cassia.

i got 16 watchstones, so i know how to progress, but it deosnt work anymore.

so, im stuck in my atlas -.-

edit: if it helps -> i had my first Sirus encounter before and ripped it.
