You have to understand something that you still didn't as i can feel.
There is no BEST for a question like "WHAT'S THE BEST?!?!?!?!" What do you want to do? How much survivability you want to mix in? Mobclearspeed or Bosskillspeed? There are tons of builds for tons of situations/goals. This "What is the best" is not even closely an accurate question that can be answered. People consider all bow skills - until patchnotes are out - quite obviously. |

" You're asking three different questions here, and I don't think any will end up in an answer you actually want. What did -I- like most or consider the best in 3.8? Scourge Arrow. Strong delve, strong boss, above-decent clear speed, easy. What was most effective? Tornado Shot quantity finder. Move fast, kill fast, get paid. What am I most likely to use in 3.9? Neither of those, because they'll (probably) be nerfed as hard as cyclone. That is to say, not too hard, but enough that the new skills and reworked skills will outshine them. But I can hear you already, "but you didn't answer the question!", as is your mantra in this thread. WAIT FOR PATCH NOTES. Nobody knows what's good yet, dude. Burning Arrow seems good, Ballistae seem good, there IS NO ANSWER. It'd be like Overwatch or League or some other hero based game giving a preview of a new character, and giving no details yet other than "it has an attack", and expecting people to know how it's going to fit into the meta. Nobody knows. There is no answer. Now here's my question, that I expect also has no answer. What are you hoping to get from what you're asking for? |

" Because it's just "good", and you seem to be after the "best", so why even bring it up? Why bring up toxic rain? Rain of arrows, Iron Commander ballista, lightning arrow, they're all "good" and capable of doing almost all content. But they aren't one-shotting uber elder, they arent pushing delve records, they aren't being chosen for ranger speedruns. Elemental hit is "above-good", but overshadowed by scourge this league, and isn't really a strong starter, more gear dependent than the others. Barrage and frenzy can even work if you build right. You want to know what not to play? Blast Rain. There, now you know what not to do, so you can do anything else. |
