New post on FB stated this patch contains the supporter packs AND the music for Metamorph and Conquerors of Atlas. So the mystery is resolved. I'm really happy about this, and would like to encourage more pieces of 3.9 to be downloadable before hand. I always miss out on the launch because of the huge download.
